AMANDA SUE SHINNICK POLOWY
Amanda joined the company in June of 2012 as an executive assistant. She is our front liner for life and health clients’ concerns and also assists in administrative functions like the management of our databases. She multi-tasks, as does everybody else in the office and is ever-ready to take on every new challenge and welcomes the learning that comes with it like a real trouper.
LACEY JEAN STILSON
Lacey or Ms. Lacey, as we fondly call her, is our front office charm, being the favorite of most of our bills payment clients for her bright smile, quick wit and helpful disposition. She joined the force in February of 2012 and has since proved her mettle in the customer service department, as well as in administration, being our property custodian. Ever the learner, she is always in search of new ways to streamline office procedures and systems and also works in tandem with Amanda in managing our databases.
ROSEMARY FLORY
Rosemary started working for Bill in March of 2013.
She handles all Personal lines insurance: auto, home, flood, earthquake, personal umbrella and Commercial lines insurance: workers compensation, commercial auto, general liability, bonds.
She has life and health license which allows her to write life insurance and all types of health insurance: medical, dental, vision, prescription, MediCare supplements.
Her duties are to write new business, renew current business, and make sure our clients are informed in regards to their Covered CA insurance options, what their auto insurance covers, and that their homes are insured to cover losses if they ever had a claim. She also answer the phones and take payments at the pay station when needed.
She is the in-house Covered California specialist, and she’s also the “MOM” of the office since she is the oldest employee, except for Bill.
